Alison Repp, MA, LPC

Director of Client Experience

Alison Repp is the Director of Client Experience at LIT IQ, where she focuses on making sure every client knows how to use the platform, understands what the results mean, and gets real strategic value from the experience.

She leads client onboarding, training, and ongoing support, helping legal teams, claims professionals, and risk managers move comfortably from their first case submission through repeated use of the platform. Her role is to make LIT IQ feel intuitive, practical, and immediately useful, not like another piece of technology clients have to figure out on their own.

Alison works closely with clients to understand what they are trying to learn from a case, how they want to use the platform, and where they may need additional guidance. She helps frame the right questions, organize the testing process, interpret results, and make sure the research connects back to the decisions the client actually needs to make.

A major part of her role is client satisfaction. Alison stays engaged after onboarding, monitors the client experience, helps resolve issues quickly, and looks for ways to make the platform more useful as a case evolves. She also gathers client feedback and works with the LIT IQ team to improve workflows, reporting, training, and usability.

With more than a decade of experience in behavioral psychology, executive coaching, witness preparation, and trial consulting, Alison also brings substantive litigation insight to the client relationship. She understands the pressures trial teams are under and can help translate LIT IQ findings into practical next steps involving witnesses, themes, voir dire, settlement posture, and trial strategy.

As Director of Client Experience, Alison’s job is simple: make sure clients are supported from day one, know how to get the most out of LIT IQ, and feel confident using it throughout the life of a case.
