Jordan Bowerman

Chief Software Executive & AI Systems Architect

Jordan Bowerman is the co-founder, AI Systems Architect, and technical force behind LIT IQ. He is a multidisciplinary builder working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, legal operations, behavioral modeling, and enterprise systems design.

Jordan’s work goes far beyond traditional software development. He designs the underlying intelligence infrastructure that allows LIT IQ to ingest complex case materials, reason across them, connect disparate sources of evidence, and continuously support litigation decisions as a case evolves.

His technical expertise spans multimodal retrieval, agentic automation, synthetic reasoning systems, full-stack engineering, large-scale workflow orchestration, and advanced AI architecture. He has built systems capable of analyzing text, images, exhibits, transcripts, expert materials, and other case data within a unified decision framework.

A major part of Jordan’s work involves MCP-based architecture and tool orchestration. He develops systems that allow AI agents to securely connect with external tools, data sources, litigation platforms, and enterprise workflows so that LIT IQ can operate as more than a standalone application. This architecture creates the foundation for a platform that can retrieve, analyze, test, update, and act across a growing litigation ecosystem.

Jordan has also designed multi-agent environments in which specialized reasoning agents can work together across different parts of a case. Those systems support everything from evidence retrieval and narrative analysis to witness testing, damages modeling, and synthetic deliberation.

He is the technical architect behind LIT IQ’s synthetic decision-maker technology, including its Synthetic Jury framework. His work focuses on building persistent reasoning agents that can develop views, update those views as new evidence is introduced, interact with other synthetic decision-makers, and maintain consistency throughout the life of a case.

Jordan’s architecture is designed around a core principle: the system should not simply produce an answer. It should be able to show how the answer was reached, what evidence influenced it, what changed the decision-maker’s view, and why.

His work also spans product architecture, data governance, secure ingestion, retrieval systems, workflow automation, enterprise integrations, model orchestration, and resilient fallback systems designed for the reliability required in legal environments.

In many ways, Jordan is building the technical infrastructure behind the LIT IQ vision: a litigation intelligence platform that can connect case data, AI reasoning, human strategy, and decision-maker modeling into one continuous system.

He is not simply building legal software. He is helping define what the next generation of litigation technology looks like.

Areas of Expertise

  • Neural reasoning & synthetic human modeling — building systems that simulate human-like cognition, decision patterns, and narrative interpretation with high concordance.

  • MCP & API integrations — designing secure Model Context Protocol (MCP) and API connections that allow LIT IQ to communicate with external tools, case-management platforms, document systems, data sources, and enterprise workflows in real time.

  • Narrative & evidence processing — designing AI that evaluates stories, credibility, emotional cues, and legal arguments like real jurors do.

  • Agentic workflow automation — creating AI workers that replicate paralegal tasks, intake logic, and complex operational workflows.

  • Multimodal retrieval & document intelligence — integrating text, image, and structural understanding into scalable, reliable RAG pipelines.

  • Custom OCR & evidence-zone extraction — converting messy, scanned, or structured legal data into machine-ready intelligence.

  • Scalable system architecture — building token-efficient, fault-tolerant backends with resilient ingestion and retrieval layers.

  • Domain knowledge modeling — crafting ontologies, taxonomies, and structured knowledge systems tailored to legal environments.

  • AI-driven product design — turning advanced AI capabilities into intuitive, revenue-generating applications.

Across all his projects, Jordan blends strategic insight with hands-on execution — shaping new workflows for the legal industry while building the technical foundations that power them. His work pushes the frontier of what AI can meaningfully deliver for litigation teams and legal organizations nationwide.
