Amanda Tucker

Attorney, Legal Consultant

Amanda Tucker is a Senior Trial Analyst at LIT IQ, where she brings nearly two decades of litigation experience to case strategy, witness preparation, and decision-maker research.

Amanda has spent years working inside complex, high-stakes civil litigation and understands how cases are actually built, challenged, and tried. Before joining the team, she managed fact-intensive matters involving contested motions, emergency relief, complex financial issues, evidentiary proceedings, and multi-day trials. That background gives her a practical understanding of where cases become vulnerable and what trial teams need to know before those weaknesses reach the courtroom.

At LIT IQ, Amanda helps pressure-test cases from the perspective of the decision-maker. She works with trial teams to evaluate how jurors, judges, and arbitrators may react to key facts, witness testimony, themes, credibility issues, and competing narratives. She helps identify what is persuasive, what creates resistance, and where the case may need to be reframed.

Amanda is also one of the team’s strongest witness-preparation coaches. She is especially effective at playing the role of aggressive opposing counsel, pushing witnesses through difficult questions, loaded premises, and uncomfortable facts until they can respond with greater control, clarity, and credibility. Her goal is to expose the problems in the preparation room before opposing counsel exposes them in court.

Her work with LIT IQ also includes helping design case simulations, reviewing decision-maker feedback, identifying narrative pressure points, and translating the platform’s findings into practical changes in witness strategy, opening themes, voir dire, and case positioning.

Amanda brings a trial lawyer’s sense of pressure to the research process. She helps make sure LIT IQ is not simply identifying what people think about a case, but showing the team where the case can be attacked, how those attacks are likely to land, and what can be done about them before it matters most.
